FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2026 | 7:30–9:30 PM: Villa Albertine Houston presents a free outdoor screening of Pascal Chaumeil’s romantic comedy film Heartbreaker (L’Arnacoeur, 2010) at Alliance Française de Houston’s front lawn.

Presented in partnership with the Alliance Française de Houston, Villa Albertine’s annual outdoor film series “Films on the Green” returns to Houston from September 12 to October 9, 2026, showcasing French-American collaboration on the silver screen.

About the film: Alex is a professional heartbreaker, but when he is hired to break the engagement between heiress Juliette and the man of her dreams, he finds himself facing his toughest challenge yet. With only ten days to succeed, Alex must use all his skills to accomplish his assignment, even if it means stepping outside his comfort zone. Inspired by the iconic film “Dirty Dancing,” he learns to dance like Patrick Swayze and uses all his charms and wit to break down Juliette’s defense and win her heart.

In French with English subtitles.

This is a free event with RSVP and open to the public.
