EXHIBIT ON VIEW OCTOBER 2–DECEMBER 5, 2026: “What Dreams May Come: Giacomo Viscardi” features fifteen collage works by this Houston artist at Simone on Sunset (2418 Sunset Blvd, Houston, TX 77005).

OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, October 2, 2026 | 5–8 PM

Giacomo Viscardi transforms found materials gathered through his travels, bringing disparate times, places and imagery together in unexpected ways. For the artist, collage begins with finding and destruction: images are removed from their original contexts and reconstructed into new narratives. The process reflects his belief that collage can mirror moments when the familiar narratives of our lives break apart—and the possibilities that emerge when those fragments are reassembled into something new.
