EXHIBIT ON VIEW SEPTEMBER 5–27 2026: The Nature of Things presents Oro, a solo exhibition of poetic, geometric paintings by Dallas-based artist Felipe Tascón. Transitioning from loose acrylic sketches to deeply textured, quilt-like abstractions, Tascón’s highly tactile works explore theme, structure, and balance.

ABOUT THE ARTIST: Felipe Tascón has had solo exhibitions at Den Uferdige Institusjonen and the Cube Space in Alfred NY. He has been a resident at Henry Street Studio, Guldagergaard Ceramics Residency, and Den Uferdige Institusjonen Studio. He received a BFA from Alfred University in 2025. The artist currently lives and works out of Dallas, Texas.
