EXHIBIT ON VIEW OCTOBER 3, 2026–JANUARY 9, 2027: Forced Perspective is an artistic technique that manipulates the perceived relationship between the camera and its subject, creating the illusion that figures or objects appear closer, farther away, larger, or smaller than they are in reality. Across art history, the representation of the human form has held significant cultural and artistic importance, evolving from prehistoric cave paintings and fertility figures to classical bronze sculptures and royal portraiture.
