EXHIBIT ON VIEW OCTOBER 9–NOVEMBER 6, 2026: Artist Silvia Feliza and curator Rosa Ana Orlando will discuss how A Chorus of Presence: Visible Stories of Invisibility originated and how it found its material language.

Decatur Street Studio hosts A Chorus of Presence: Visible Stories of Invisibility featuring work by Silvia Felizia and curated by Rosa Ana Orlando. The exhibition grew from Felizia’s conversations with women about feeling invisible in a culture that too often equates youth with relevance.

During the pandemic, Felizia invited women around the world to anonymously answer two questions: Do you feel invisible? and What makes you feel visible? More than 300 women responded, creating a collective portrait exploring visibility, identity and womanhood.
